Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
This policy explains how Andersson Consulting LLC handles information through ChamberMatch, including organizer accounts, event invitations, networking responses and introductions.
Who is involved
Andersson Consulting LLC operates ChamberMatch. Your chamber or event organizer decides whom to invite, what networking questions to ask and how to use event information and introductions. It may have its own privacy notice. Contact your organizer about its event practices; contact us about platform operations or for help directing a privacy request.
Information we process
- Organizer and administrator account details, such as names, email addresses, password hashes, chamber memberships and sign-in or account-security records.
- Information provided by an organizer or participant, such as name, professional contact details, company, role, attendance, networking interests, answers and organizer notes.
- AI-generated networking profiles, suggested introductions, matching explanations, schedules and introduction history.
- If you choose voice, conversation audio processed by voice providers, transcripts and call/session metadata. The written form is available as an alternative.
- Operational and security information, such as request times, technical identifiers, delivery status and provider usage records. Hosting and communications providers may process IP addresses and device or connection information.
- Messages you send to us for support, enquiries or privacy requests.
Why we use this information
We use information to provide account access, deliver invitations, collect responses, prepare networking profiles and introductions, support organizers and participants, maintain service security, investigate faults or misuse and respond to requests. Organizers may use profiles and introduction history to prepare future events.
AI output may be inaccurate. You can ask your organizer to review or correct your profile. Share information relevant to networking and avoid sensitive personal information or confidential information you are not authorized to provide.
Who receives information
Authorized chamber administrators can access their event information and participant profiles. Platform operators may access information as needed to operate, secure and support the service. Introduction schedules identify you to the people you are matched with; organizers may distribute event materials outside ChamberMatch.
We use service providers for hosting and storage, AI processing, transactional email, voice interviews and telephone connectivity. They process information needed for those functions: responses and relevant profile details for AI, recipients and message content for email, and conversation and call information for voice services. Our service providers page identifies the providers and their roles.
Provider processing and retention are governed by the applicable services and agreements. Disabling audio recording does not mean a conversation is not processed or transcribed, or that all provider records are immediately deleted. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to investigate misuse and protect the service or people. Contact us if you need more detail about a provider or processing activity.
Retention and deletion
There is currently no automatic deletion deadline for event responses or transcripts in ChamberMatch. Responses and transcripts may be retained for event support; profiles, attendance and introduction history may be kept for future events. Do not assume that information is deleted when an event or call ends.
Authorized deletion can remove event or attendee data from the active application. Removing application data does not instantly erase provider copies, backups or information already distributed by an organizer. Provider cleanup may require additional work, and backup or operational records follow their separate retention processes. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve security issues.
Ask your organizer about its retention needs, or contact us for a deletion request and information about what can be removed. We will assess requests based on the information involved, the organizer relationship and applicable requirements.
Browser storage and external links
ChamberMatch uses browser local storage to keep an administrator signed in. Signing out removes that stored sign-in token. The application does not currently add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Voice providers may use technical browser functionality needed for a selected voice session.
Links to our company website or another provider open services with their own privacy practices. Email links open your email application; messages are handled by your email provider and ours. The event-enquiry link does not automatically include your private invitation or event information.
Your choices and requests
You can choose the written form instead of voice and contact your organizer if you do not wish to participate. You may ask about access to your information, corrections, deletion or limits on its use. Depending on your location and the circumstances, applicable law may provide additional rights, including objection, portability or complaint to a privacy authority.
Start with the organizer contact in your invitation for event information, or email hello@anderssonconsultingllc.biz for platform questions or help with any privacy request. Include enough information to identify the relevant event and request, but do not send passwords, invitation links, access codes or unnecessary sensitive documents. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the organizer before acting.
Adults, security and policy changes
ChamberMatch is intended for adults aged 18 or older at professional networking events. Please contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted.
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no service can guarantee complete security. Keep your account details and private invitation confidential.
We will update this page when practices change and show the revised date. We will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required by law. Contact Andersson Consulting LLC at hello@anderssonconsultingllc.biz with questions about this policy.
