The service and your event organizer

ChamberMatch helps chambers and other event organizers collect professional networking information, prepare attendee profiles and arrange introductions. Your chamber or event organizer manages its event, invitations, attendee information and introduction choices. Chamber branding does not change the identity of the platform operator.

Event admission, venue arrangements and any event fees are handled by your organizer under its own terms. Contact your organizer about those arrangements. A separately agreed service contract with Andersson Consulting LLC governs the commercial arrangements it covers.

Who may use ChamberMatch

ChamberMatch is intended for adults aged 18 or older participating in professional networking events. Use only an account or invitation you are authorized to use. Keep passwords, private invitation links and phone access codes confidential, and tell your organizer or us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Platform administrators manage chamber access. Organization administrators are responsible for their authorized use of their chamber workspace and for information they import or share.

Responsible participation

Provide information you are entitled to share and make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate. Do not submit confidential third-party information or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for professional introductions.

Do not impersonate others, harass participants, send unsolicited bulk messages, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service or use information obtained through ChamberMatch unlawfully. Organizers must have an appropriate basis to upload attendee details, send invitations and use or share event information.

AI assistance and your choices

AI helps turn answers into networking profiles and may help rank suggested introductions. Its output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Organizers should review profiles and suggested introductions before relying on them. ChamberMatch does not guarantee a particular match, introduction or business outcome.

You may use the written response form instead of voice. If you choose voice, an AI assistant processes your conversation and a transcript is produced. Do not use ChamberMatch for emergency assistance or for decisions about employment eligibility, credit, housing or other consequential determinations about a person.

Your information and intellectual property

You retain rights you hold in information you submit. You authorize us to process that information as needed to provide and support the requested event service, including generating profiles and making them available to the authorized organizer and preparing introductions as described in the Privacy Policy.

Andersson Consulting LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the ChamberMatch software and platform materials. Chamber names, logos and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Availability and access changes

Features may be updated, interrupted or unavailable. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations or an ended service arrangement. Organizers may revoke event or workspace access. Contact your organizer or us if you need assistance retrieving or correcting your information.

These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and contact

We will publish revisions on this page with an updated date. For material changes affecting an existing service relationship, we will provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law. Changes do not override a separately agreed contract or rights under applicable law.
