Google Cloud — Hosting and storage

Application and event data, backups and operational records needed to host and secure the service.

OpenAI — AI processing

Submitted responses and relevant networking-profile details used for enabled profile, question and matching features.

Resend — Transactional email

Recipient details, invitation and account-email content, and delivery records.

Vapi — Voice interviews

Conversation audio, transcripts and call/session information, processed with the voice services used for the interview.

Twilio — Telephone connectivity

Telephone numbers, call audio and call metadata needed to connect phone interviews.

Processing and retention

Providers may use their own service providers, including speech, model and voice services involved in a Vapi interview. Processing and retention depend on the applicable services and agreements. This list does not promise exclusive processing in one country or immediate deletion of provider records.
